Repas copieux, goûteux : succulentes frites maison et bavette tendre avec cuissons maîtrisées, le poulet rôti fondant, juteux, les spaghettis au citron et aux câpres cuits al dente : merci ! Bref, un vrai régal, une explosion de saveurs au nez et en bouche, une belle harmonie pour les yeux. Pour les boissons, carafe d'eau, glaçons si on veut, vin, sodas, café... Prix très corrects pour des produits frais, cuisinés sur place. Service rapide et efficace. Possibilité de venir chercher sa commande. Pas de livraison. Page Facebook pour connaître le plat du jour. Cet établissement mérite la note maximale 5/5, merci à la bonne humeur d'un patron professionnel, dévoué, à l'écoute de sa clientèle ! Si vous n'aimez pas un ingrédient, vinaigre par exemple pour un poké bowl, il suffit de le préciser lors de la réservation. La brioche faite maison laisse une longueur vanillée en bouche étonnante, nous nous sommes régalées, avec ou sans caramel au beurre salé. Depuis février, nous sommes devenues des habituées. Jamais déçues, ni les amis que nous avons ramenés. Cuisine pour tous, végétariens compris. Pour les régimes sans sel strict, tous les plats sont salés : prévenir Christopher, lors de la réservation, avant qu'il ne lance les cuissons : riz, pâtes (dès l'annonce du plat du jour sur Facebook, plat élaboré en fonction du marché du jour). Composition des plats (poké bowls et salades) adaptée aux goûts des clients quand c'est possible, sinon il enlèvera un ingrédient que vous n'aimez pas lors du montage de votre plat. Accès difficile en fauteuil roulant, étroitesse et pentes des trottoirs dans le mauvais sens : PMR en fauteuil manuel ou électrique, il faut se faire aider. Clientèle d'habitués. Repas en terrasse (parasols) ou à l' intérieur. Assez bruyant, proche rond-point, routes et caserne de pompiers. Je vous recommande à 100% cette adresse, où on ne sert que les déjeuners, pas les dîners, et qu'en semaine, pas le week-end. Paiements carte bleue. Décoration africaine, discrète. Côté cuisine, la cuisine des épices savamment dosées : Afrique tropicale, curry, Italie, France...
